PurelyInvoices.com is owned and operated by Jason Bradley, an individual doing business as PurelyInvoices.com.

We do not guarantee detection or prevention of all prohibited or illegal activities, and users remain solely responsible for their conduct.

  • Generate invoices containing defamatory, abusive, or harmful language

  • Launch denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
  • Attempt to interfere with service to any user, host, or network

2.4 Excessive or Abusive Usage

You may not:

  • Consume excessive bandwidth, storage, or computing resources beyond your plan limits
  • Create an unreasonable number of accounts or invoices to circumvent limitations
  • Use the Service in a manner that degrades performance for other users
  • Engage in "crypto mining" or use our infrastructure for unintended purposes
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without authorization
  • Share account credentials with multiple users unless explicitly permitted
  • Upload excessively large files or generate spam invoices

2.5 Data Misuse and Privacy Violations

You may not:

  • Collect, harvest, or scrape data from other users without consent
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
  • Share, sell, or distribute user data obtained through the Service
  • Violate the privacy rights of individuals or organizations
  • Upload personal information of others without their explicit consent
  • Use the Service to compile marketing lists or databases without authorization

3. Enforcement and Consequences

3.1 Violation Response

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Policy. Upon detecting or receiving notice of a violation, we may take any of the following actions at our sole discretion:

  • Issue a warning and require corrective action
  • Temporarily suspend your account pending investigation
  • Permanently terminate your account without refund
  • Remove or disable access to violating content

Enforcement actions may be taken based on automated systems, user reports, or other information available to us, and we are not obligated to provide evidence or detailed explanations for enforcement decisions.

3.2 Account Suspension Process

For serious violations (illegal activities, security breaches, harassment), we may immediately suspend your account without prior notice. For less severe violations, we may, at our discretion:

  1. Send a warning notification to your registered email
  2. Provide a reasonable opportunity to remedy the violation (typically 48-72 hours)
  3. Suspend the account if the violation is not remedied
  4. Permanently terminate the account for repeat violations

3.3 Appeals Process

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may submit an appeal within 30 days by contacting support@purelyinvoices.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • A detailed explanation of why you believe the action was erroneous
  • Any supporting evidence or documentation

We will review appeals within 10 business days and respond with our decision, which will be final and binding.

Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement, and enforcement actions may remain in effect during the review process.

4. Monitoring and Compliance

4.1 Our Right to Monitor

While we respect your privacy, we reserve the right to monitor usage of the Service to ensure compliance with this Policy. This may include:

  • Automated monitoring of system usage patterns

  • Investigation of suspicious activities
